These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you", or "your") and pkr989 ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your use of the pkr989 website located at pkr989.org and all associated services, platforms, games, and features made available therein (collectively, "the Platform").

By completing the pkr989 registration process, accessing any part of the Platform, or by clicking any "I Agree" checkbox presented during onboarding, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotional terms, or privacy notices that may be published separately on the Platform.

pkr989 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via the email address associated with their pkr989 account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

To register and maintain an active account on the pkr989 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pkr989 operates a strict 21+ policy across all services. Registration by individuals under this age is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player with pkr989 or have had a previous pkr989 account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or close family member of a pkr989 employee or contractor in a role that involves access to Platform operations, odds-setting, or game management.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and update that information promptly if it changes.

pkr989 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including but not limited to CNIC, passport, utility bills, or payment method ownership proof — from any Member at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) pkr989 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkr989 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pkr989 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your pkr989 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pkr989 immediately by contacting customer support at [email protected]. pkr989 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available from the security settings panel after every pkr989 login.

In accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations, pkr989 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on registered accounts. Members may be required to submit proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. pkr989 will not process withdrawal requests from accounts that have not completed KYC verification to the Company's satisfaction.

All pkr989 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkr989 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, QR Pay, and Retail Cash channels as listed on the Platform.

• Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable method-specific limits are displayed within the pkr989 cashier at the time of transaction.
• pkr989 does not charge deposit processing fees. Your payment provider (e.g., JazzCash, your bank) may apply their own standard transaction charges, for which pkr989 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your pkr989 account balance once confirmed by the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically confirmed instantly.
• pkr989 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be refunded.

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• pkr989 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours, depending on the payment method and verification status of the account. Processing times for bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may vary.
• pkr989 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount exceeds standard thresholds or where account activity warrants review.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined where the relevant account is under investigation for suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or pending KYC completion.

All transactions on the pkr989 Platform are conducted in PKR. pkr989 does not apply currency conversion charges on PKR-denominated transactions. Members should be aware that if their payment provider processes transactions through an intermediary currency, the provider's own conversion rates and fees may apply — this is outside pkr989's control.

pkr989 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any offer-specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion.

• One Bonus Per Offer: Each promotional offer may be claimed once per eligible Member unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are stated in each offer's specific terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution percentages are listed in individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While an active bonus is attached to your account, maximum per-round or per-bet limits apply. Placing bets above these limits while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Abuse and Exploitation: pkr989 takes a firm stance against bonus abuse. Any Member found to be systematically exploiting bonus offers — through pattern betting, use of multiple accounts, or any other method designed to extract value from promotions without genuine gaming risk — will have their bonus voided and their account reviewed.
• Expiry: Unclaimed or unconverted bonus funds expire upon the expiry date stated in the relevant offer. Expired bonus balances cannot be reinstated.

pkr989 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect bonuses already in progress for Members who have opted in and begun wagering.

All wagers placed on the pkr989 Platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, or sports markets — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that game or market, as displayed within the Platform interface. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with those rules before placing wagers.

Odds on sports markets, including PSL cricket, international cricket, and other sports available on pkr989, are subject to change up until the event commences. Bets placed at stated odds are binding once confirmed by the pkr989 system. In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at pkr989's discretion.

In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation — including PSL fixtures affected by weather, security concerns, or other circumstances — settlement rules specific to the relevant market will apply. pkr989 follows standard market settlement protocols as published in the sports betting rules section of the Platform.

All casino games available on pkr989, including slots, Teen Patti 20-20, Baccarat, and Roulette, use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing by professional dealers streamed in real time. pkr989 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

In the event of a manifest error, technical malfunction, or system fault affecting a game, bet, or odds display, pkr989 reserves the right to declare the affected round or bet void and return stakes to the Member's account. pkr989 is not liable for losses resulting from system errors beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkr989 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and/or legal action:

• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account with or without their consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to place bets that you know — or reasonably ought to know — reflect an error rather than intentional pricing.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financially illicit purpose.
• Attempting to circumvent pkr989's responsible gaming tools, including self-exclusion, by registering new accounts.
• Any conduct that pkr989 reasonably determines to be abusive, harassing, or harmful toward pkr989 staff, contractors, or other Members.

All content on the pkr989 Platform — including but not limited to the pkr989 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pkr989 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without pkr989's prior written consent.

pkr989 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference and is available at pkr989.org/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pkr989 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary to provide the services described in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr989 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment.

pkr989's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member to their pkr989 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkr989 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform may be suspended temporarily for scheduled maintenance or unplanned technical issues. pkr989 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.

pkr989 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including but not limited to identity fraud, payment fraud, or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• At the Member's own request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).
• Where continued operation of the account would expose pkr989 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Where an account is terminated for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting withdrawal criteria) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

pkr989 may amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Members' rights or obligations — pkr989 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to registered Members' addresses on file and by posting a notice on the Platform homepage.

Minor amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or administrative updates) may be made without advance notice. The current version of these Terms, with the effective date noted at the top of this page, will always be accessible at pkr989.org/terms-conditions.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting pkr989 customer support prior to the effective date of the amendment.

pkr989 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire Member base in Pakistan. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining leisure activity — not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on your account at any time.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds to prevent spending beyond your personal budget.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session reminders and time-out alerts.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a short break from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent exclusion from the pkr989 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the pkr989 operating entity.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and pkr989, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally through pkr989 customer support. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of the dispute being raised in writing, the matter may be referred to formal dispute resolution in accordance with applicable law.

pkr989's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, bonus eligibility, and account verification are final, subject only to a documented manifest error or system malfunction as described in Section 6.3.
